Plutobucker S2 13 — Engineered Weight, Controlled Force

The Plutobucker S2 13 is a bridge pickup purpose-built for the language of classic metal.
Its voice is tuned for the kind of thick, commanding rhythm tone associated with iconic high-gain amplifiers—dense, powerful, and unapologetically physical.

Think of the focused punch and authority of a Diezel-style high-gain sound:
a heavy low-end impact, delivered with precise control and measured weight, so the tone never collapses into blur. Palm-muted riffs hit with depth and force, yet remain tight and defined. Power chords feel solid and muscular, carrying a sense of momentum rather than excess.

This character is shaped through FSSW-controlled frequency design, where the low frequencies are carefully sculpted—removing precisely targeted low-mid congestion to create a clean, forceful bass response. The result is a bridge pickup that feels powerful without becoming overwhelming, aggressive without losing structure.

The midrange stays firm and present, anchoring the sound with authority, while the highs are restrained and disciplined, ensuring clarity under saturation without introducing sharpness or fatigue. Whether driving a high-gain channel or locking into a fast rhythmic pattern, the S2 13 responds with immediacy and control.

The S2 13 isn’t about raw volume.
It’s about mass, impact, and control—a tone that feels like a muscle car: heavy, deliberate, and engineered for power.
